Democracy comes into fruition
when citizens make a free choice, by following a national constitutional
procedure and electing people’s representatives, who then constitute the
executive apparatus and also create and improve the legal framework for the
successful administration of the country. Thus, the individuals who the public
have entrusted with state legislative privileges and who have, therefore,
become the voice of the voters, determine the development of the country and
society. But do they always justify the confidence reposed in them?!
