In a time when social and economic imbalances exist and continue to develop, when the immoral politics and ideological brainwashing bring out the basest instincts in people far and wide, resulting in social conflicts, which escalate into violence and transnational clashes, any doubts about the need for improvement of the modern public system and reformation of the national power structures must be swept aside. Continuing to exist in the drift and leaving everything the old way poses a threat to the future of the country, shatters prospects for social progress as well as each individual’s personal life and the hard-earned well-being of the family, and also places significant limits on the possibilities of self-affirmation and personal expression of the members of the public.
The reforms, of course, cannot be implemented without affecting the existing conditions and without changing the perception of life and the world outlook of the people who have adapted to the existing circumstances (no matter how unfavourable and even bordering on survival they can be). This requires strengthening of their morality and its spiritual keynote as well as refocusing of the relevant motives and priority values.
